I have placed an order but I want to cancel it, what do I do?
If you have placed and submitted your order online, but now need to cancel it, you need to contact the Customer Service team immediately to stop the order from being processed. If the order has already gone through the processing and dispatch stage, it will arrive with you but the Customer Service team will discuss options for returning the goods. This is also the process if you need to cancel an order you have placed directly with one of the team or are enquiring about a refund.
