Marrying someone isn’t quite a big enough gesture of love undying these days and so couples are finding ways of building on the matrimonial basics and really telling the world how they feel. Written In Lights is there to help. Written In Lights has built a business around spelling out eternal love in illuminated letters, feet tall, and renting those letters for to couples so immortalising the most special day of their lives.

Getting dozens of big letters delivered to the right place and at the right time requires a van. Make that a big one. And if you’re in the business of helping people to advertise their love and devotion, it’s only natural that you’ll want to advertise yourself too. Written In Lights did and so they sought out the help of Elite Signs and Graphics in Bridgend.

Elite and Written In Lights move in the same circles, Elite having delivered liveries for lots of companies supplying services to the world of weddings. Written In Lights came to the table, with lots of pictures and some ideas, so many ideas that condensing the message to a single vehicle would have proved difficult with at least two liveries’ worth of things to say. The solution? Say it all, but make each side of the vehicle different. Two rolling billboards for the price of one.

The team at Elite Signs and Graphics produced a design proposal and it was enthusiastically approved. The next job was to print a couple of acres of Metamark MD5 for the job. MD5 can count itself a friend in Elite Signs and Graphics. It’s the go-to digital media for much of the work the company does. With a bit of Metamark M7 thrown in for detail, the prepared livery was ready for application - a job easily done in the skilled hands at Elite.

The finished vehicle is an impressive work. It leaves the observer in no two minds about what the its owner’s company does, despite having two sides. On the basis you can only see one side of a vehicle at a time, Written In Lights achieves twice the impact for its money and delivers its message wherever its impressive advertising livery is seen.
