Metamark honoured with Signs Express’s Supplier Of The Year Award.

Metamark has again been honoured to receive the Signs Express Supplier Of The Year Award. The award represents the views of the Signs Express group’s franchisee network and reflects their votes. Metamark attaches great value to the award and sees it as an acknowledgment that the company is achieving the high standards it sets for itself on all fronts from product design and production to customer service.

The award was presented this year at the Signs Express Annual Convention which was held at Twickenham Rugby Stadium in January. The theme of this year’s convention presented by the group’s Managing Director, Jonathan Bean, was “Stronger Together.” The theme’s underpinning was the value of collaboration and the strength of central support operations working with the group’s network. Suppliers too were considered as a central component of support for the group and the emphasis bought a focus on the benefits of doing business collaboratively.

The evening’s proceedings took place in Twickenham’s Members Lounge which overlooks the famous pitch. Entertainment was delivered this year by the noted BBC commentator Ian Robertson. Jonathan Bean took the opportunity to recognise the efforts of several of the group’s franchisees with top honours for the evening going to Craig Tiley of Signs Express Stoke.

Metamark was represented by a delegation comprising Sales Director Ian Simister, UK Commercial Manager Max Somper and Business Development Manager Pam Arnold. Metamark is no stranger to being asked to the stage to receive the Supplier Of The Year Award from Signs Express, and this year it was presented by Jonathan Bean. Metamark works hard to maintain the standard that helped it win the award, a point later confirmed by Ian Simister when he commented:

It’s an honour and it reflects on everyone at Metamark who works to maintain the standards we set ourselves in all areas of the business. Signs Express is the UK’s largest sign company. It’s run by some of the most creative and talented individuals in the industry. This kind of acknowledgement from people who are themselves so worthy recognition is most deeply appreciated. According to reports since, a great evening was had by all and diaries are standing by to make a date for the next convention.
