This cast film gives the ultimate performance, and with correct application will conform perfectly to the demands of vehicle panels.
The unique repositionable adhesive system on MD7 allows simple fast application. Unlike more complex adhesive systems, the repositionable adhesive is less susceptible to moisture ingress, or trapped air re surfacing.
We always recommend overlaminating MD7 with MetaGuard 900. As well as providing long term abrasion resistance, MetaGuard 900 eases
application by making the film less prone to marking and easier to handle.
If the film goes down incorrectly, or if it sticks to itself, or you get bubbles, simply lift and re apply. The super soft cast film is highly conformable. If you over stretch the film in application, simply apply gentle heat to restore it to its former shape. If you prick bubbles or areas over rivets, apply gentle heat to reseal it.
