Due to the emboss and surface finish of these painted surfaces. |
Emulsion or hand brush painted surfaces can be difficult to adhere to for two reasons: The surface can be stippled which means the vinyl doesnt adhere fully. They are generally lower levels of tack compared to glass or steel. See more » |
