Excessive retained solvents from the ink. |
Solvents from the inks initially soften the film and weaken the adhesive, some more than others depending on the printer, the density of ink in the image, and the printer settings. Allow 24 hours to dry, but if still a problem then check the settings. |
| 'Print and Cut' labels curl up at the edges. |

Metamark MDP 100 micron vinyl overcomes this problem. Also avoid cutting flush to the print, particularly on block colours, and allow 24 hours after printing before cutting. |
