Further Print Quality Settings

ICC Colour Profiles are essential to ensure high quality printing, though further settings within your RIP will enhance print quality. Metamark recommends the following settings (these are as descibed in the Roland RIP, description in other RIPs may vary):

Option 1:
This is a good general setting
Quality > Colour Management >
Pre-Press US
Option 2:
This will give better results on skin tones and photographic images
Quality > Colour Management >
Custom
RGB >
Adobe1998
CMYK >
Euroscale Coated
Raster >
Perceptual
Vector >
Colorimetric
Preserve Primary Colour
[Disable]
Embedded Profile
[Enable]

Option 3:
This is best for punchy solid colours, and logos.
